Up for sale is a Circa 1880 English Majolica Cradle Asparagus Server with Attached Underplate! This late 19th century piece features a footed cradle with strainer drain holes attached to a water-like pattern, rope bordered underplate. It measures 3 3/4" tall, 11 1/2" long, and 8 5/8" deep. The piece is in great overall condition with minor signs of wear consistent with its age and use (scattered light surface wear; surface crazing; some natural firing imperfections).
